Cancellation charges

If the Booker cancels this agreement and the artiste is unable to obtain another engagement for that date, the following cancellation charges will be applied:-

• Cancellation more than ONE MONTH prior to the booking date - £0.

• Cancellation under one month and more than ONE WEEK prior to the booking date - 50% fee payable.

• Cancellation less than ONE WEEK prior to the booking date -100% fee payable

Force Majeure

No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, terrorist activities, death, epidemic, accident, civil commotion, or acts of state or governmental action preventing or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations under the contract.
